  I have never seen any Doctor's office like this.Very worst front desk .look at every body's rude faces, your BLOOD PRESSURE will go high and more angry you get the way they treat you. No smile on thier faces,no politeness ,no help at all.That billing lady has no manners ,talking to patients with rude voice and no respect at all. The Doctors are really nice and the nurses are friendly. when you call to make appointments or to speak with the Doctors ,they put you whole for more than 30 minutes. Hope they will change everybody from there. Patients needs be treated with smile and gentle talk. Answering phone manners should be corrected. Those friend desk people are not fit to be in medical field. no help at all. may be not trained. I like those Doctors ,because these ugly MANNERS,I don't feel like calling there to make appointments.

  Lousy practice especially the front office staff. The doctors are nice. They keep you on hold forever..I was on hold for almost 45 minutes.They pick the phone and ask you to hold and put you hold without waiting for your response. Very bad customer service. Also unfriendly. I complained to one of the lady in billing and she was quite rude in her response and very unapologetic about it. The practice needs to hold customer service seminars for their staff.
