- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I don't recommend anyone to go there the front desk staff is rude and it takes forever to schedule a appointment and If you missed two appointments they will drop you as a patient. This policy is ridiculous. I had an appointment scheduled two months prior but I asked them if you have any cancellations please give me a call. They did so but the problem is they did not cancel my previous appointment so now they’re calling me and saying I have missed 12 appointments. It’s not my responsibility to cancel the prior appointment if you called me when you had a cancellation that is the receptionist job . I spoke to the manager her name is Mary very unprofessional I would strongly do not recommend anyone to go to this office. She is not helpful nor professional as a managerMarch 24, 2017by sebe belew
